Copper & Clove opened in 2022 in a restored Dutch-era warehouse in Fort Kochi. Chef Aditi Menon built the menu around a single wood-fired hearth — everything from the flatbreads to the evening's fish comes off that same fire. We change the menu with the harbour catch and the season, source produce from three farms within an hour of the city, and keep the room to eighteen tables so every service stays close to the kitchen. Reservations are recommended, especially for the hearth-side tables.
